Okay, this was a concept that was brought up at the meeting, which I like a lot! If you have something you would like added to the newsletter - post it up here. This may include tech topics you would like to explain, a recipe that worked well for you, an upcoming event or an event that pasted you wanted to review, or maybe even a gadget that you created with pictures and everything!

Remember, the newsletter is sent out to about 150 people, I would really like to see the content of the newsletter increase

I would like to see a bottling section in the next newsletter. Aarons bottling tip, gmans bottle bucket mod, and perhaps a thing on corking belgian bottles....

how about featuring a "What brewers do when they're not brewing" section on occasion. Although, that title is lacking. This would include things like cheesemaking, winemaking, meads, distilling, sausagemaking, grilling, coming up with non-brewing related gadgets and misc. stuff that others may be interested in. I remember Zymurgy used to have a section like that featuring cheese, sake, mead and other cool stuff that homebrewers do on the side.

That seems to be the nature of homebrewers. We like to try new things.

Can you write up a short thing about cheese making...??? Nothing long, just a couple of paragraphs about making chesse at home and what you have made, how it has turned out. Perhaps a source or two for supplies...
