Made 2 renditions of this in the last month (1st one for a friend's sister's wedding, 2nd for my own stock this weekend).

1st Rendition:

5.5 Gallons

Grains:
3# Pale 2-row
3# Wheat
1# Honey Malt
0.75# Cara-Pils

Hops:
2.00 oz of Hallertauer (~3.3%AA)
1.00 oz of Hallertauer (~3.3%AA)

Misc:
1.5# Honey

Yeast: US-56

Mash:
75 min @ 150.0F
10 min @ 200.2F

SG: 1.048
FG: 1.012

Came out really good, never really got to drink it as it went along with my Irish Red to the wedding 3 days after kegging. Apparently, the floated both kegs.

Ok, on the really low Alphas...these are old hops, so I just used the Hop age tool in Beersmith to calculate their Alpha after the year or so I've had them. (Also a good way to clear stock)

Second rendition smelled great and I think will come out nice and light with a bit of a nice floral nose to it.
