  • hopmonster: Finally had the single hop experimental <insert your joke here> Flying Dog IIPA. That is one oddball hop. Smells dank, and gets catty as it warms. There is sort of a blueberry like fruit with old school pine resin and light tropical notes. It was sort of like an everything hop (Mosaic, Centennial, Amirillo, Simco, and fugglish). Not sure I would drink a lot if that.
